Fussiness of Video Exacting requirements

So on this moving image journey I’ve started to notice a few quirks on the medium, think I’ve sensed them before but now I’m really starting to notice them and can I say that Blooody hell video is a fussy one isn’t it !

From the equipment to the power hungry software to scripting to exportation to well just about every area, I would like to state that it’s all a little fussy.

Have worked doing stills on TV shows and I thought that they amplified the drama but put it down to the pressure but even when producing what I’m producing it’s demands can only be classed as bit fussy.

I understand that most mediums have a need for exacting requirements but video certainly takes it one step further from shooting twice as much footage as anyone ever needs to the overt scripting it’s needs are like that of a giant never satisfied toddler 

With all that said I do kinda like the moving image though, it’s opening me up to new practices and approaches, maybe it’s demands are only apparent because it’s showing me the areas in which I’ve lacked in??

Hmm will have to think about that..
