I’ve had to put the long read back, it needs a little more research to complete it. I’m also having to direct my headspace to some development issues in my proposal, the next steps can go one of two ways.

It currently seems like academia is wanting to impede one’s journey at every turn. When things like this happens, you have two options forward or back. Now trying to work out which one is best. I’ve been researching the science journey, seeing if there are any lessons to learn, when experiments go wrong, off track or way laid. The application of results are more obtuse in arts/philosophy-based studies, but I am seeing similarities. The outcome of an experiment’s results are difficult to argue with in science but in arts, acceptance of the results and work is more subjective.
