I feel the subject of this blog needs to be whispered, my current research directions may facilitate a possible change of umbrella in regard to discipline classification. This may be an adaptation into the field of cultural visual anthropology.

 Certain readings of late (Thanks Mr Pirsig) certain thought processes (thanks Mr Bate) and the current state of my proposal (that’s me but I see no need for thanks) have pointed this direction out.

Before everyone jumps up, I’m not turning my back on photography theory/practice, it’s just the anthropological field seems to encompass the tools I feel I need to move the work forward.

Next question is how do I go about facilitating this journey, will it play a supporting role, break into a main character or become another distraction?

 I feel I’m developing another category in these blogs, one entitled
